Great idea to adding free account, so I can test it first and I must say - it looks GREAT !
Question if I cancel the service after some time, do I loose all my blogs and posts ?

RANKWYZ UPDATE - Switching to Using Pre-Set Articles

From the very beginning of our service one of the main concept was that we generated actual article right at the moment when it was about to be posted. This approach gives benefit of changing content pretty much on the fly - change configuration, images, links, etc and very next post will reflect changes.

Overtime tough our logic for article generation is getting more complex (site map extraction, RSS parsing, translation and more) and thus more time and resource consuming. Add to that our growing posting volume (over 4k/hour at the peak) and you see the problem.
Over the last week we made changes in the system that added extra step in our posting process

  1. Create Scheduled Posts
  2. Create Article to be Posted and Assign to each post <== New Step
  3. Make a Post

Now you will be able to see what exactly is going to be posted before hands, but as a drawback any changes in submission (configuration, links, images, etc) will not have effect to already scheduled posts.

!!! If you have submission posting and made some changes in configuration, now you need to stop submission first (that will delete all scheduled posts) and start it again.

Step 1 - Submission Started, Scheduled Posts Created

Step 2 - after a short period, articles generated and attached to each post

Step 3. You can preview what exactly will be posted

Ok... this change looks interesting...

A few things though... once you see the article... can you edit it if you see something isn't looking right?

Also... two questions:

1) Can I schedule posts? For instance... I want to setup a campaign of posts. So I create submissions... can I then say, I want submission 1 to start on Monday, submission 2 to start on Tuesday, etc.

2) How does the submission routine determine blog order when posting? Is it random? Does it start with a different blog each submission?

As of this afternoon, I can no longer submit user generated articles... When I try to preview, it gives me an error with no details... just says no article found...

What did you break now?

If I schedule then look at scheduled posts... I can see articles... they have too many line breaks between paragraphs... makes them look ackward... and there are no pictures in any of them. Are there SUPPOSED to be?

I've experienced what you experienced 2 - 3 weeks ago without any fix yet. I hope PK will have a reply or update soon or I may be forced to stop my subscription. This is starting to look like a failed investment. :(

Hi. I see this restrictions:

  • keywords exceeds the maximum size of [255]
  • imageKeywords exceeds the maximum size of [255]
Can you change this settings for unlimited size for keywords or much more then 255? It will be good for more unique articles and images.
Images, by the way, the same in many blogs.

more keywords will not get your more content, unlike desktop scrapers that keeps scraping until you stop them, our system scrapes for each keyword (in random order) until it collects 500Kb of content. Also, to make syndicated content relevant it better to be as specific as possible. If instead of "blue widget" you want to scrape "blue widget, red widget, green widget, etc" you can just scrape for "widget"

assuming you have 30 submissions, set up schedule for each to post 1/months and set increasing delay for each - 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, etc

no, we never reuse your blogs, even after you cancel

not yet, but this is nice idea - option to edit or cancel

you cannot specify "post on Tuesday", but you can create 7 submissions, set up each to post once a week and set increasing delay - 1 day, 2 days, etc
2) How does the submission routine determine blog order when posting? Is it random? Does it start with a different blog each submission?
atm it shuffles them and assign posts in random order

we don't apply any extra formatting to your articles, except replacing line brakes with <br/>
assigned articles should have images if you choose so in your configuration

pk

So, looking at one of your posts, it appeared that if I wanted to schedule posts for later, I can use the delay and change the days...

So, I created a submission (2 actually now)... loaded my spun article, images, etc., then saved and did a preview... everything looks good.

I then set the delay for 6 days... START... and I get... no scheduled posts generated and it movies it from POSTING to STOPPED.

How does one schedule posts?

Hmm... Must be EXTRA BRs and NO... there aren't images... even though I CHOSE images in the configuration.

I double... then triple checked.

Never mind... it's because I'm stupid... by default the random radio button is selected. I had to change it to exact even though I chose an exact option.

Hi, on the first page you first write that the BHW-code gives 60% discount then further down the page you write it is only 20% discount. Which is it?
