Hi leena,
I can't give you such guarantee and nobody in their right mind can.
This links are very powerful and incorrect usage can only harm your website, however it's completely up to you how to use them. Simple increasing the number of links with exact anchor doesn't work anymore, you need to think about diversification of the links.
Regarding drop in rankings, it may happen if provider buys links on deindexed pages. Without report it not possible to verify.
