Yesterday i wished to open a birthday wishes thread for him, but the fast iamblackhatter did that quickly. After few hours, i found he's got banned!!! Maybe he had multiple accounts, but don't know why he tried to scam just a 100$?

I didn't have any dealings with Beinagrant but he seemed to be a well liked member of the forum. It seems he made some silly mistakes and it is a shame that it ended up this way. I don't think he is doing himself any favors by starting yet another account to defend his position. Hopefully he will rectify his errors before attempting to rejoin the forum.
I am sure he is not the only member that has sockpuppet accounts, but he was caught and dealt with accordingly.
The Mods have acted correctly because they have shown that no matter how well liked or whatever reputation is held, if you break the rules then you will face the consequences.
If you rely on this forum for a major part of your income it makes sense to abide by the rules.

I dont really understand all the handwringing. Guy broke the rules so he got banned.

He messed a client about and then throws in the old family problems as an excuse. Im not being un sympathetic but family members with health problems etc is just called life for all of us and we have to get on with it. The point is illustrated by srb888 who was having an equally bad time but never thought to shirk his responsibilities and stoically worked on as always.

He is a previously banned member
He has been using multiple accounts
He used his multiple accounts to boost his iTrader score.

All of the above are banable offences and to be honest are deceiptful at the very least and damaging in general.

I understand he was popular with many members but if we are going to start having an amnesty for people that we like then I have at least two names to throw into the hat. Thankfully it doesnt work like that. The rules can be hard but they are the bedrock of the forums quality.

I actually have seen a lot of members with jr. vip and donor status with 1000+ posts banned. It's good to know you are in forum where rules are for everyone, so I can be sure I will be treated the same way regardless that I have not donated to the forum yet, than gives me confidence to do that in the future.

For anyone that talks to 'Beingakrant' via FB, IRC, his 4th or 5th BHW account or 1800-dial-a-psychic, would you mind asking him WHICH MOD/ADMIN he spoke to AFTER he spoke with me months ago? By his own admission, he spoke with me after he was last banned (for multiple accounts) and asked for my assistance. (I don't remember if it was IRC or via PM). I told him that even if I wanted to help him that I was a M.I.T. and that I could not unban accounts. I told him to go to a Super Mod or Admin. I have seen multiple mentions of him talking to me - but the only time I've heard about him talking to a senior Mod or Admin was about this most recent incident - when he was caught AGAIN.

I am sorry for those that feel he is a nice guy - but he was banned for multiple accounts and for inflating his iTrader. Now he was busted for being linked to his past banned accounts. Why exactly should we feel sorry for him? He broke mulitple rules - he was banned - end of story.
