Hi i have numerouse accounts limited all because they lead back to my original account which is limited indeffinatly. Can i undo that limitation?

Last email i got from them said "We appreciate your interest in PayPal; however, our decision to leave your account in a permanent limitation status is final."

I take it thats it and i need a new account? If i buy a verified account from you how do i withdraw the money from it?

I Just ordered my AVS vcc card with specific zip code to verify paypal.

Waiting for the magic numbers to remove limitation.

I recently had a paypal limited. If I were to create a new paypal account, would I be able to fully verify everything? How would the SSN or tax ID get in the way later on when they limit the account and request it?

My account is limited because they cannot verify my identity, when I've sent them documents from the IRS with my info, W2's with all my info, photo ID, and SS card. I have already called them and gotten appeals but they got denied all 3 times, would you be able to help with this? There's a thousand dollars in that Paypal, it's my real Paypal I've used it for 7 years and sent probably 90 grand through it over the years, recently I've been making around $600 a day on average, more some days, I assume this is why they limited it because the amount of money coming through it?

If you can help I'd be willing to pay whatever you ask as long as its not something outrageous.
