This was my first order and I did not know if I could trust you, but I had to try. I could not find any reports of you doing wrong, but there are scammers everywhere, so I was nervous. On top of that, I screwed up the order and miss-typed the "forward to" number, so when you got me our order, like you promised, they did not work like I needed, so I was stressing the delay. You then set about re-forwarding all my numbers (for the $1.50/number fee you charge which was totally fair) Again, I was stressing the delay, but things take time, so I had to settle in and wait.
Somewhere in the 3 days of waiting, you had this software issue (unknown to me) and after the three days had passed, I was thinking the worst. Turns out you had not slept for 2 days when I then made contact. You and I then went through a perfect storm of being at our worst and having major communication breakdowns. To make your own crisis manageable, you refunded the forwarding payment and then even the initial payment without me ever asking. I really still needed the numbers, but we agreed we would get back together in 4-5 days after you fixed your crash and try again.
Meanwhile I searched the "competition" and even tried to place an order, but they would not answer their email. Then I opened my email 2 days after you and I last had contact and there was your unexpected note along with all 15 numbers. I was amazed and delighted. I was actually moved to tears. Let me add - all the numbers worked perfectly.
EVERYBODY, This guy has only 2 things to offer. His numbers and his reputation. I watched him go through hell with only those 2 things in mind. He had some issues and lost his numbers for a couple days, but in the middle of maybe his worst nightmare, he totally did the next right thing with me. He obviously knows the only way to make his business work is to be trustworthy to those he does business with. I hope my words can begin to express my appreciation for this guy's ethic. Do business with him. It will save you a lot of grief you might well experience elsewhere. He will do what he says or he will do whatever he can to make it right.

It is easy to split the phn# BUT will you forward 10 lines to 5 different terminating phone #s ??
