Why don't you buy a domain, put some nice wordpress theme, adjust it a little bit and you have a website. It's not that hard and you can save your $100.

How is your success with eBay? I've been doing Fiverr for a year and making pretty decent money, need different avenues though.

Is scrapebox still profitable after panda and penguin? I'm going to try to make my first bucks with it, but the high initial investment makes me wonder if I will get enough ROI. Also, what is a good starting point? Any good tutorials? Thanks

SB is a must have tool, but that all depends on what you plan on doing. You first need to develop method, then find tools to help you carry out that method more efficiently. SB has so many features and can do a variety of things.
