Site code for flipping

Hi,

I am looking at flipping sites, I have a general understanding of HTML and CSS.

What code is the best to design in when flipping sites? I want to start learning more, but I want recommendations on what everyone uses before I start building sites.

Flipping websites is not just knowing coding and design. It is also about the niche of the website, traffic, rank, and revenue. It does not have to be all of these things but its the due diligence that users look into when buying a website.

I would recommend just researching a niche on Flippa to see what sites are selling good with tons of bidders. Once you figure that out and what type of site you are going to build, then I would suggest just looking on Flippa for a cheap site in that niche that is already finished. If you are wanting to go on the road to more design, then I would suggest learning how to design websites in photoshop. Pretty hands on, but you have to have a creative mind.

Reading from your vast well of knowledge I don't suspect you've been flipping websites for more than 5 hrs. Find what others are doing and copy them. Oh sure that always works, except you have no idea what goes on behind the scenes.

For example there is a seller that has successfully gotten a bid 5 minutes before his listing ends to extend it another hour for 5 days in a row right now on Flippa. Imagine how that is possible? That listing was suppose to end last Monday but miraculously 5 minutes before it ends he gets another bid and the seller doesn't accept it to keep the listing alive and not increase the listing price. He has done this 24 times a day for the last 5 days in a row and for all you snoops his avatar looks like a Bob Marley monkey and he's linked to a HUGE network of banned and suspended Flippa accounts. Now when his listing sells how you going to say he's got a great listing plan or niche?

Well of course a web site comes with a back end. But if I am wanting to research Flippa for what is a hot niche of web sites being sold, then I would want to learn more about the niche and possibly get a web site done for myself in that niche. It would not just be as easy as "copy and paste" off of someone else's success.

I am not here to try and prove my past experience in a thread here. I am here to help any other newbies out in some of the best cost effective ways.
