I would jump right into this, but I'm wondering about spam policies when it comes to my ISP, my hosting and any affiliate program that I might use. What are the safest precautions to take when emailing a list like this?
Should I be using proxies when emailing (to hide my ip)? Instead of sending people straight to the affiliate link, I'm thinking that you should send them to a landing page on your site (to protect your affiliate account), but then could that cause issues with my hosting?
Any help would be VERY appreciated! Thank you!

There are thousand niches, thousand keywords and million of mails online, so i doubt it.

Sent them targeted email offers.. I usually scrape real estate email address and offer them deals related to real estate..I am doing this for 1 of my client.

There are a lot of ways how to use email lists.
send CPA offers.
Sell it
get traffic to any of your site or client site
build your legigt opt in list
etc. Just need to creative and take action
