I am a member of German Amazon Associates, but my blog traffic is nearly 100% american based.
What happens if they click one of my affiliate links? Will they still get the cookie and more important will I actually get paid?

Does Amazon allow Iframing and is an Iframe enough to place a cookie on the visitor?

Not sure on the German part, but I can tell you right now ANY iframing or spoofing of ANY kind WILL GET YOUR ACCOUNT BANNED.
It is 100% against their TOS and trust me, you don't want to fuck with them. Also remember, Net 60 is a long time to wait to find out if you're going to get paid, so before putting Time/Effort/Money into a method that involved iframing or cookie stuffing, think twice.

I think you would be best off to contact Amazon and ask them. Their customer service department has been fairly responsive to my quesitons over the years...good luck!
