I wouldn't recommend selling blogroll links! You'll suffer (well your blog will) and your clients will too. Instead offer high quality articles that are relevant to your customers' niches and include their links in these. It's just an advice of course but it's from first hand experience. And if your site is good I'd charge anywhere between $15 and $25 for a 500 words unique blog post. Good luck!
