A credit is 30 seconds viewing (and you can have several credits if you like - so 5 set to 5 credits and you'll get a 2:30 video watched all the way through)
You can also buy comments, likes, subscribers etc.
If you make short vids (and you should if you're going to jack them) 10,000 views for $5 is about the best deal. I run the vagex viewer in thebackground on a crappy slow VPS as well and it earns a few hundred more credits a day without getting in the way of anything else.

It's not brilliant, it does crash every few weeks and the interface is a bit "1996" but it does the job

Another vote for vagex. What a name,huh? Scritty has laid it all out for you. I run it in Firefox browser while I cruise the net using Chrome, to rack up some free credits. Five bucks for 10k credits is really not a bad deal, should be enough to rank most videos.

If you want to get a lot views on YouTube, there are a couple of things to do. I will give the basic's,
1: Have a good title, tag it with relevant tags and choose a good thumbnail.
2: Post video often
3: Use other social media's
