After a few days the issue has been resolved. The support team was helpful but it did take some days to resolve the issue

the problem was that the download link provided when you buy the product, gives you an old version of the software that simply does not work. The support team eventually sent me a link of an updated version and then it worked. I have not yet tested in full the software, i plan to do that on the weekend, but so far everything seems to be in order.

So i would ask the owner of the thread to review this issue, that the download link provided at first will lead you to download an old non functional version of the software, so that in future people don't have the same problem that i have.

i have to say however that the support team was helpful, and that the software (from what i've tested so far), delivers as promised.

Hi Joanalp,

Thank you for your positive and honest review. FD is the oldest and most actively maintained facebook automation software and is constantly attacked by FB by un-ethical means like attacking our download servers, file servers, web servers etc, send CnDs to various companies trying to host us or work with us.

While managing all this shit sometimes such slips happen , the best way to get immediate support is contact support and they are always ready to help.

The sales page says $99 one time and $19 per month for support and upgrades.

$500 is for a lifetime copy, you don't pay a monthly price and updates are free for lifetime.

I have the 3 day free trial... and I am reading over the manual... but I cannot understand at all how to use the "phone verification" option under the Account Verification tab. Can you point me to a video?

I do not understand this step (see image)...

Now load this accounts in Email file, then upload Text file which contain number and code in Verification code
Format to upload number in text file is :
 Country code :Number:code , for example PH:54248524524:jsdahw

Where is this file? What number do we use? Where do we get the Verification code? Does your company provide this? Or do I have to manually PVA each account I make? If that is the case... I will not be purchasing this software.
