I am newbie in these matters but can you give me advice from where to get WP theme or Script for tube like website, where I upload and host my own videos. The videos will be non adult with AdSense.

It should be noted that I have never used this one. Also it seems that it hasn't been updated for a very long time.

I have seen this script before and I don't think it has self player with it.
