Rates for hotmail are as follow:
Verified Hotmail ..................= $15.00 per 1K
Verified & Forward Hotmail...= $20.00 per 1K
We entertain custom orders as well, will be charged extra for them, of course!
For example:
Custom usernames
Custom filters "Sweep", like we can stop emails from going into junk folder!
P.S. These options are valid until Hotmail makes any new changes in their system!
