Make another ebay account - How?

I plan to stop using my ebay account with my real identity.

So, here's my plan.

1. Buy VCC that are able to reload/top up. Use my dog's name on it with other "make it myself" address.

2. Make a new paypal account and verify with that vcc.

3. Make a new ebay account and link to the paypal account and also enter the VCC as the fee payment method.

4. Start selling, any problems, dispute, that is too much... RUN!!! :slomo:

But I have this question.

I have to clear cookie, I know that.
I have to get a new sim card incase I need phone verification, but in my country WE MUST REGISTER WITH OUR REAL ID even you only get the pre-paid plan. How do I solve this problems?
I once can't list an item in my real id ebay account and they send a robot to call me give me the pin no.

Beside all of that, any other thing that I should know?

I don't mean for a quick cash and run.
It's for a precaution, like right now I'm facing problems with dishonest buyer even I am a legit seller.

Last time they(ebay) call to give the pin and don't sms.
How you manage to set them to send sms?

what i do about the phone number issue is sign up to a voip service called Sipgate where you get a geographical landline number for your city or any city you choose for that matter, you can then receive calls on that number free on your PC with xlite virtual ip phone software (you can also make calls but it will cost you credits).. it works in the UK and if it doesnt work for the US there must be something like this for out there for you.. i used it yesterday to activate my seller account on fleabay

dude, just use sim cards.. if you are just planning to make throwaway seller accounts..which means you will not pay the ebay seller fees after using them and just make another account after a month

register on ebay.ph not on ebay.com

this way you can verify your account by sms..after that you can now sell..just make sure make your product available worldwide and not just for the Philippines..

btw..yes there are free sim cards that are given out by Globe and TM

and if you want you can also use the payphones..available on sari sari stores..hehe

you can just contact your Filipino friends with cp to verify through sms..

this might work tossable digits (google it) for $1 for first 30 days. you can forward to your exiting phone, since you are using VCC you wont have a problem verifying, hope this helps.

I don't have money to buy...
The cost to create new one including buying a SIM card is $30 which I hardly accumulate by writing 30 articles.
I believe there's no ebay account sold at that price...
