How to open multiple Fiverr accounts

Hi everyone. I'm new to IM and found out about fiverr few days back. Is it allowed to create multiple accounts on fiverr? Do I have to use different Paypal accounts with each of them? That will be very difficult coz every Paypal account requires unique PAN number. Please help me with your knowledge.

You can do multiple accounts on fiverr at same IP.

If you want to withdraw. Then buy your own gig, You don't need to have multiple PP for withdrawal

You can no longer use one IP with Fiverr.

You need separate IPs, you need to clear your cache and cookies between logins, and you need to have a separate PayPal account for each Fiverr account.

They've been cracking down hard on this stuff.

Is having 8 emails on 1 paypal account and opening emails with them still OK?

1. You need different ip for each account(when you first create the account only).
2. Different Paypal email address for each account(since you can add many emails address on single paypal account, so there is no problem in this part).
