My experience. Depends what you mean by third world...there are 3rd world areas and conditions everywhere which can be more dangerous than "developing" countries
Equally, there's always an elite and their supporters who have more money and wealth than the average westerner could ever dream of.
If you have money, you dont walk the streets - and everywhere looks ok from your private gated compound or the only 5* joint in town

Even if you have fresh shoes in some hoods 'round here, you're in hot water. We had a kid stabbed at my high school over some new forces a couple years back.
I wore busted shoes there so I didn't get robbed lol.
If you are even rolling in a 2005 plus anything in DC and you are of the Caucasian descent do not stop at stop lights after 5pm. Those are just atms for city folk.
I know some parts of Chi-town and BMORE are the same.

Well, I live in a third world area and the only rich here is the f*cking politician and businessman because they pay an average of 100$ per month for each worker. That's why I want to have a life with enough money for me and my future family

I gotta say I don't like that you are measuring everything with money. This is the reason for the S*** we living in now days. I'm from Egypt, Traveled a lot , seen a lot of culture and have the money your are talking about. I would never exchange my country for any other country in the world. Because there is only one Egypt in the world..
Money helps you to fill your body needs.. let's say eating, driving, security and clothes. So, you go to restaurant to eat and pay 200$ while others barely eat for 8$. Guess what, both of you are not hungry anymore.
I don't care if I drive Ferrari or Lancer, Eat for 200$ or 10$.. It's whom I'm eating with (Friends or Family) what makes it worth it.
If I was looking for a car, I started driving since I was 10. I never needed money for myself. I like my house, Car, food and have more than enough
One last thing, I barely cry when I see a child sleeping in the street and can't find something to cover himself from coldness. I hate when I see old people sent to Elder-home and their children abandoned them. I hate to see men who sleeps with a girl, make her pregnant and just leave with no one questioning him.
Lucky for me, We have nothing like that here ( Really rare occasions and It's against the law and traditions ) and this is why I love my country. It's a warm secure feeling you will never know no much how money you will make.
So, What am I doing in BHW ?!
Thought it's pretty obvious, Making money to help as many people who need help as I can.

There is a definition of this first, second, third world thing, which is rarely brought up and defined, due to what I like to call "1984 syndrome." You see, back then, the second world was always untouchable, moreso than the third world even. Parts of the second world are *still* untouchable for US citizens, by law.
First world refers specifically to the Western, capitalist, democratic bloc. NATO and the British Commonwealth comprise most of it.
Second world refers specifically to the Communist bloc: everything behind the Iron Curtain once upon a time, Communist Asia, Cuba. Nowadays you could look at BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, China) as the main power alignment for this world, even though not all of BRIC has a Communist style of government, and is therefore classified with Third world.
Third world refers specifically to those countries which are part of neither capitalist nor communist bloc. The countries of the Non-Aligned Movement represent this world currently, as do parts of the BRIC alignment. Historically, these countries tend to be used as pawns by the first and second world, and this continues to this day as Eastern Europe transitions from the second to the first world, and BRIC and NATO squabble over Mediterranean protectorates like Libya and Syria.

You don't have to go to the third world for this to be a problem. Most people I know here in Monaco dread driving their sports cars into France because chances are you'll have your car keyed or mirror broken off if you park for a few minutes. The combination of Monaco plates and an expensive car is not a good combination in a financially troubled world.
I'm brazilian and i live in Brasil, i don't know if Brasil is third world, since we are the fourth largest economy of the world (surpassed the england)
I live in a relative good zone, my father is a federal cop/agent who earns equivalent to US$9.000,00 monthly (US$7.000,00 after taxs).
and my mon has a manufacturing industry.
I have the goal of marrying some East european christian girl, i alredy got my own apartament and farm, and i made equivalent US$2.000,00 montly with internet market, do you guys think i have a chance?

Of course you have a chance. 2.000$ is enough in a country like Brazil.

No, seriously. It's mostly the rental costs that are high here. But I just regard those as a "tax". Instead of paying tax and rent, I just pay rent. Or as I see it, I get a free apartment with my "tax".
