6 Months old domain parked turns pr3 . how come

I was having pr1 when i did "domain parking" June 2012, (naijaict.com)
surprisingly i checked it today and i saw pr3!!!
could this be as a result of the "domain parking" company??
if i decided to start blogging with the domain name again, will i go back to pr0

if it's read where can i sell it??

please help me suggest. thanks

Are you sure its real PR..? Sometimes it takes up fake PR.

It is getting PR5 backlink from guardian.co.uk (a very popular authority site)

If you are wondering how your site able to get PR even with 0 content on it. Only this page has important backlinks:

So when you parked this domain to your host, it made all your indexed pages as live page, showing some ads for all page visits instead of redirecting it to homepage. So when google visited your above page, it found live as ads were visible on it although no content on it, so it retained its PR3.

My advice to make your above mentioned page live as soon as possible to get linkjuice.
