For the sake of making this easy to explain, I will just say I own a small business. I want to make sure that if anyone says something about me online (Yelp, Google, Yahoo Local, etc.) I am alerted immediately. I want to be right on top of addressing negative complaints. It's very important to me and the success of my business that I address potential problems up front with care and professionalism. Especially on any public websites.
Does anyone know of any software that will accomplish this? I've heard people say Google Analytic but I just watched most of the learning videos and didn't see my specific question mentioned.
