HELP! Do i need different IP's For my SEO Campaign

Im still not 100 per cent sure about this, but i have seen things about IP addresses. Why do people on here want Proxys etc. Does it do any harm if i did all my SEO from one IP?
Please can someone explain why, what about proxys and IP's and do i need to do something about it etc.

A proxy IP address is just like a house address, with them you can trick sites in thinking that you are more people so that's why you need them basically I'm to tiered to explain you more but you can't do everything from only one IP address because creating several account to a site will get you banned.

Can i just go to proxy. org and use the ones on that site? I tried and wordpress com just kept saying "Checking" even before i had entered any info.

you can use hide your ip third party software. in market many of them available, i hope this is working our for your SEO.

Short answer: Yes; you need them (or a VPN like HMA - Hide My Ass) for many but not all IM activities. i.e. Whenever you're doing anything that requires you to obfuscate your location/ID to bypass a sites's/service's 'rules' so that you can do more than you're 'supposed' to.

There is a PROXY forum on BHW with free proxies posted daily, and sellers offering private proxies.

Proxies are computer servers which you use to send requests from different IPs = different computers = different locations. As one guy said above, you need to use proxies if you are automating tasks, as any website to which you send thousands of requests from one IP address will immediately ban your accounts, etc.. block you.
