This is Black Hat World not WF ... and you need to keep this product working properly - it's getting really frustrating having to wait for you to fix your server every 48-72 hours.

Seems to me being a 10 month user of the product now - that you guys honestly don't give a crap about us -- and its getting to the stage now of me having to buy another service
because I can't rely on you guys to have yours working..... truth be told I wish I never bought this it's a total waste of my money/time.

Service downtime is rare and hen it happens, we work very hard to get it back up asap. As we have said before Danny, we believe the problems you are having to be local your PC. You were invited to contact us so that we could dial into your PC and see what is going on. You didn't take us up on that offer, which is fine, that is your choice, but under those circumstances it is not reasonable to continually slate the service. I will say again that you are the only customer who complains like this, we have offered to help, if you don't take us up on that offer I don't see what else we can do.

1. I am not available at 2.00 am to speak to some guy in China
2. I use the software everyday - this is my business - so I notice things that many users do not - on this software and other software.
3. you keep saying that its my problem - yet every other IM software on the planet runs in my PC - additionally when I upload a screenshot of the Errors from your server - magically you say oh yeah my server was down for 24 hours or some other random excuse.
4. you say you have no complaints about your software ? Have you actually read this forum (BHW) just about every post comparing your software to others - users are bitching about it worse than me - and most are dumping your software - just like I am having to do ... its become a horrible joke.


(For example I just sent Twitter Money Bot developers an email telling me they have an error and to fix it - they checked it - its not working - and within 20 minutes - they answer me back saying they will release an update.. this is what I call CS.

Another example Kojakfull's Bots - for 3 weeks I asked the guy to update his Social Bots - I finally got a mod to test them and the performance was low - poor .. 3 days later and he updated them and now they are working great according to reports) ... the difference here - is its your servers - they are constantly going down .. or at least thats the error message we get on our end.

OK Danny, we hear you. We believe that most issues with SpinnerChief are simply server connection problems, so we are moving our licence server from China to the USA. It will take a few days, but once this is done, it should be the end of your connection problems.

everything has been running smooth for a while - but now its not working at all .. time to fire up Chimp Rewriter.

this product has proven to be pretty unreliable over the times I subscribed.... meaning you have to have 2 rewriters - because you never know whether this will be working or not.
