as a musician, the database that pops up for the music player kind of sucks. there is another band with the same name, even though i got the url, and their music shows up along with mine in the player
Now hold on - it has not been public for long and obviously there are some kinks to work out - but the thing does look slick as hell.
I think it looks more modern than that boring ass lame minimalist facebook (and also a bazillion other pages out there! hahaha)

I didn't like the design of it at first, but it's starting to grow on me the more I look about. Don't think they will be able to make a comeback big enough to contend with facebook though. One possible bug that made me laugh, I typed eminem into the radio feature and it started playing savage garden

Man, i can't seem to make a macro work. I don't know if they are myspace glitches or intentional things that prevent this type of automation.

Wow, I had almost forgotten about MySpace! I wish I remembered my login info but highly unlikely since the last time I used it was about 7 years ago.
A lot of resistance against facebook these days, but you cannot argue it's a behemoth. I've met people in poland, serbia, turkey, DR, and they all have facebooks and many are active on it.
FB has momentum in many developing countries. As myspace (hypothetically) gains ground in the US, UK, etc. (and lets face it that's where these ads will be targeted) fb will continue to grow. IMHO all it needs to do now is not screw up and continue what it's been doing - being a meeting ground for people and their interests.

Love it. I was hoping Justin Timberlake would shout it out at the Grammys lol. I know some ppl hated the old design & the fact that we could customize so much but those customizations made my bank account happy. Hopefully I can find a way to monetize with their new setup.
