well, recently I was at G headquarters talking to few heavy lifter adwords marketers and everyone seem to say the no limit are gone for good. All I had received from G expired, and new ones are $25 spent. There might ba away around it but I have not seen it, besides the voucher is suppose to just give you headstart to create a profitable campaign and get hooked on G.

Correct, But these accounts I have access to were made before google changed the rules on the vouchers. Like I said Above^ There already preloaded and ready to go.

He agreed in paying with paypal as a daily basis. In the first day I ran his campaign with $50.
Next day when I asked the first payment he started with excuses because he didn't have a paypal account !?!
How can a guy who runs a "legit business" (norton support) scam people for $21 ?!!
