For the niche sites I provide the keywords and find the available EMD. I also find some long tail keywords for you to use with the main keyword when backlinking.
For authority sites I provide all of the main keywords (20 total) and the long tails (1 set for each of the 20 keywords, so 20 sets).
You have the option of choosing a niche (jewelry, storage, etc) but you don't have to.

just order a niche one to test out....i read your thinking behind the layout of the page and i like the way you approach the conversion technique.
PS: a lot of people seem to think google hates EMDs now....they are missing the point of that update....what google does now is it no longer gives the extra benefit that it use to to EMD's ...but it in no way penalizes EMD's....EMDs do not hurt your rankings, or penalize you....and having an EMD still shows a well placed and relevant keyword in your site.
I lost a few EMD ranking sites i had....but that shows me that i was lazy with my off site seo.
Basically using an EMD will not kill your site...it still gives a bit of ranking seo factor, just simply doesn't give as much as it use to as a ranking seo factor....and there are hundreds of different ranking factors that we all have to give our efforts to....( i just wish google would let me know what all of those hundreds of factors are, ...but i dont think even google knows all of them)

Wow, I couldn't have said it better myself. The only thing I have to add is that if you want to use this service and still fear the EMD, choose a different domain and I can build the site on that.
