There is always the chance of legal consequences also, not only criminal (if you're not following Can-SPAM) but also civil.

It can be country dependent, and yes, ultimately YOU are responsible. It's very easy for someone to follow the money trail back to you.

I have a new list in the weightloss niche with only double opt in subscribers. I am new to this and tried to create a relationship. I made about 2 emails with good information on weight loss and the third is a sales letter. I get traffic to my clickbank product but no sales. That is my consistency, I try to sell a product every 2 emails.

I would appreciate all the advise I can get.

I made 6 sales from a single email campaign sent to ~1600 people.. If you have a very targeted list, it will make you money.

Now an advice. Work hard on your email design. The prettier the email, the more people will click on it.

Thanks, That might explain why. I dont design my email. I do have good titles and content but never designed my email. Aweber does not have the best looking templates for diet/weightloss niche.
