setting up vpn on VPS server - virpus.com

I got a small VPS servier at virpus.com the plan XVM512. I want to use it by setting up VPN on it for using my eBay accounts. i want someone to setup this server for two IP initially. later i will approach the same person for 2 more IP's

Do you have the IP addresses from virpus ? Because if you don't have the IP addresses already nobody can set them up for you

I am not sure about the technical terms, all i want is to setup the VPS with a VPN using which i can access eBay / paypal accounts. i tried it myself but couldnt do it. something that works like strongVPN, i dont intend to sell that only need to use for my personal use.
