I want to set up a series of blogs, i am just after an opinion of what type of hosting I should use. I am thinking about using justhost reseller hosting as i'm after UK servers. I want each blog to have a unique IP so I was thinking creating a new account for each website under reseller then adding a dedicated IP to each, would this work? For someone who's looking to create a mini blog network is this a good way to go about it?

buy loads of cheap hosting accounts, try webhostingtalk or similar forums to get cheap hosting deals.
That way you get a different IP, data center, nameservers etc.
You can find a lot of hosts that will sell for $15/ year or less.

IMHO, two things to think about when making blog networks.
1. The hosts that are TOO cheap are resellers that move around on other servers. Sometimes they write you and tell you "we have moved you to another server", and then you can only hope that the move went OK. You do not want to have to repair databases. If you build a blog you want it to stay online, no matter what.
2. You want a host with Fantastico or similar software install app. It is a lot easier to do 1-click Wordpress installs than do manual installs.

Yeah I appreciate that, that's why I would prefer to have direct contact with the actual host to reduce risk. These sites will have quite a lot of time put into them so manually installing isn't a problem. They're going to have manual link building etc so mainly the reliability of the host is what I'm after.
