If you have 10+ Projects and live in India Pakistan or Philipine. In house SEo is best..if you have or 2 Projects Only then Freelancer is best. Or if you not confirmed try BHW Services like our.

i wouldnt hire a person from freelancer, they are only interested in getting your money and they work they do are questionable. If you get a person to work for you at least you can get them to do what you want eg follow your SEO strategy and measure the results..

Then again, it all depends on you, if you can afford the person, what sort of business etc.

Freelancers always for me. No matter how much my business grows I'll be using freelancers.
