SEO Project Management Tools

I have been looking for a nice tool to manage my SEO projects. I have over 20 now and it's hard to track them all with excel sheet.
Any good suggestions where we can track our articles, keywords, backlinks builidng compaigns, yt videos, local listings and other tasks that we may be following during the seo.

Really? What tools within SEOMoz do you use for project management. I have a pro account, but I usually only use the keyword competition analyzed, the on-page SEO checker, and the site explorer.

raven is ok... has excellent reporting but if you want hard core comms management try buzzstream.com. ontolo has some nifty tools

theyre all expensive and have pros and conns... you could also try a freebie generic project management system like project pier... theyre more generic but at least you own the data.

Simply not found anything as flexible as spreadsheets / Excel. It's quick, flexible and free with Google docs.

I have tried several but none won me over.

I use freelance manager for tasks and scheduling projects, easy to add/remove free lancers as I need them. Excel for everything else, I use google docs a bit, and i do use dropbox as well.

Thx for the replays.
I don't need anything with tasks and reminders. It never works for me. I am in and out all the time, just need a place to add all the projects and click to see what is missing. I guess excell is good option, just the number of projects is growing and they don't fit on the bottom tab line.
But good part is that I can share with google docs and all users can see and change. I guess will stay with it.
