4$ isnt to much of a start up Would be hard to get you to 100$, 100$ could get you started and on your way to A thousand or so less than 30 days, but Yeah I'd say read on BHW forums help some people out or do methods that would help you get some more capitol and make $$ without having any.

Do some keyword research, find 3 good niches, and if you can, also a keyword for each that has an available .com exact match domain. Go over to GoDaddy with a .99 cent promo code and buy 3 EMD .coms for 3.48 (cost of 3 $.99 domains plus ICANN fees). Put up domains on a free host, with well written articles based on the keywords, and monetize the sites with adsense and at least one affiliate product (or your own product).

If your share of the CPC is $1 and you draw one click a day, you make $100 over 3-4 months. If the affiliate commission is $10 and you get 2-3 sales a month, that's $100 over 4-5 months. Those figures are PER EACH SITE. If all 3 sites perform the same way, you make triple the money.

Find some type of service you can grab for $4 that would provide value to a local business, email tons of them via contact pages offering it for free. Use it as a foot in the door to get in and sell them whatever it is they need as far as marketing goes. Or forget about the $4, and start cold calling. That's how I got my first client, a bankruptcy lawyer paying $800 per month in July 2011. Since then I've scaled and have constant leads coming in, I can't stand cold calling and will never do it again but it works if you take action.
