So YouTube has always been exploited and I'm pretty sure it'll never change. However, the method for doing it changes a lot. A lot of videos that got mobile view boosted or are pretty fake still stand on YouTube. So I'm pretty sure the system checks if you have some view retention where people watch it from a certain amount of time (like with the ranking change.) Most videos that got taken down most likely had many fake views with very few that watched the video for 2/3's of it's duration; so I think it's still possible to view boost once the video has a decent amount of REAL views/likes/comments. Someone said it was about 10% of the views but does anyone have an idea or tested it?

None YT apocalypse anymore.
Maybe 5% - 10% only.

Yeah for example one thing on fiverr had no negative reviews cause it's delivered over 8 days
but A LOT of other things I found are like BAD BAD BAD
So I'm pretty sure you can safely buy views as long as 10% are real and delivered over a week

The recent take down had nothing to do with speed nor retention. Simply it was an Adwords Exploit, nothing more than that.
YT took them all down including legitimate Adwords Promotion, hence the reason why big names on YT still trying to appeal :)

One way to get your videos back is to prove you actually paid for the Adwords Video Feature Promotion, otherwise the video is deleted and you can only re-upload it.
