Domain Registrar that accept LR

Is there any domain registrar that accept LR as Payment and is Cheap, i know a couple of them but they sell .com for like 11$ which isn't cheap if you know any, please let me know.

Thanks mate, i have some domains registered with xtraorbit, so was looking for a cheap one. grafticonet is 15$ for .com gossimer looks good but if i can find even cheaper will be great.

PS: can i register domain with godaddy with non verified PP ? PP doesn't support my country.

I have one canadian paypal account that i use for online purchases from forums, its working good since a year.
