I made this topic because of asking to help the community to stay as clean as possible.
Original thread: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...st-how-do-i-fight-someone-who-scammed-me.html
Scammer details:
Peter Tuccio
Skype: frankthereal1 (probably fake, user has only 3 contacts and he's inactive since this story)
Email: [email protected]
Blackhatworld username: FrankTheReal (is inactive for more than a week too)

P.S. Frankthereal was acting like Peter Tuccio was his client, but as you can see he told that he is sending the payment himself but I've received the payment from Peter Tuccio. Also there is a part where he is telling "I want my followers" not the followers for the client.
P.P.S. I know it's my fault that I missed these facts before but I'm dealing with many clients at the same time so things like this happens.

I'm posting this on blackhat lounge, not a shitlist for a reason that it will not help me anyway and it was just a little lesson for me.
So I have been scammed for 200$ for the service of Instagram followers.
The client paid 200$ for the work being done and after that I've been confirmed that everything was delivered well as expected.
After few days he did a chargeback on his local bank and for a now paypal is holding this payment. I was charged -200$ in my account balance which I had to pay from my personal budget.
I know his email, Instagram profile, name and last name, skype (which is probably fake), blackhatworld username (quite new user so it's worth nothing).
I sent all screenshots of skype log and explained what the seller paid for with screenshots of his Instagram account before and after and the agreement that the work was done well.
I believe that paypal will not care about this situation as it's virtual service not a shipable product. So I can forget the payment.
Also I've contacted the client and he told me that he has no clue what happened and his bank did this chargeback itself. He told me that he will pay again but it have been weeks with the same bullshit story and apologizes that he will do this right away.
What would you do in my situation? Just forget and move on or anything else I could do?
