EMD for VIDEO GAMES - BENEFICIAL OR NOT?

I am doing some keyword research and I found some EMD for some upcoming video games this 2013. Do you think it would be beneficial to buy one like for example the game is Guild Wars 3 and the domain guildwars3.com? Any thoughts on this?

From what im seeing EMD's are still working as well as ever so long as your site isn't thin and aren't too over optimized for just that one keyword but maybe that's only in some not so competitive niches as the gaming niche where you could be dwarfed by the big players

Yeah, it's a gamble. You may get hit with a lawsuit, and GOW has every right to take that domain if they find it. Been there done that lol
