Ranking Yahoo Answers

So I made a few Questions / Answers on Yahoo, but they still dont rank very well on my selected KW. Will backlinking my questions URL increase its rankings?

If so, I guess carefree Scrapebox blast would work just fine because Yahoo is high authority domain and spam backlinks will only do good?

But in all seriousness. I did this before. Make the question and answer keyword heavy. It helps a bit with the rankings. Yahoo Answers! rank naturally high anyway. Some answers don't last forever, all mine got deleted. Don't know why some get deleted and some don't.

But yeah, leave your link in the answer, go back and select it as the 'best' answer and then backlink it and pass a bit of the backlink juice on to your website. Why not!?

Yeah exactly, only takes a few high pr links directly at your question and you will see results quickly. I've tested it long ago and have been doing it for a while, just pisses me off when some dork reports my question or answer and gets it dropped.

Yahoo answers is great for ranking in big G because you can blast them with a lot of links and you won't get a penalty for that if you links are high quality. I have the same problem, if I hit a popular niche the answer has a high change to be reported by users. Sometimes you can get lucky, I have one in the auto insurance niche making $300-$500 a month and it's 6 months old, another one in making money niche making $500-$800/month still not reported. But the other 20 questions in those niches got deleted. Your best bet is to find underground niches if you want to last; I have a few q&a's underground style promotion and none had any problem.

It's a good idea to bookmark your answers (once voted as best), & then come back later (say a few weeks) and check. The answers that are still alive should get a good blast with BLs!

Your best bet is to find underground niches if you want to last; I have a few q&a's underground style promotion and none had any problem.

I usually find the following helpful:

Don't use link shortners;
Don't link to affiliate landing pages;
Don't link too many times to a particular site;
Include a link every several answers given.

Yahoo Answers has high domain authority so it's unlikely it will get penalized.
