+1 for this. Social Signals are really helpful and MIGHT help you in boosting your rankings but no one can't guarantee that since there are many more factors which the rankings depend on.

Twitter tweets, Twitter retweets, Facebook likes, Pinterst Pins etc are all social links. You will need many of them to rank in such a short space of time, You need a minimum of 2 weeks to rank with a good backlink strategy.
