The IPs they assign to you will likely make your sites redirect to other sites which are not yours OR they simply are dead IPs.

They would also take their time in answering your concerns. They reply fast to support tickets saying "we are into this issue etc etc" then would take them 3 - 5 days to fix the issue in such a way that another issue pops up. My first hosting problem was found and it took them 15 days to fix.

yes. 36hours have past, but i still didnt get my hosting, and they just delete my support ticket about my question!!!

any one know how to ask a refund? can i just go to paypal and click new item not recieve?

I am also victim of this sick company and i am glad i made decision just in 4 days that not to continue with this stupid company thought i wasted 13$ for it..but thats okay..rather than ruining your sites

Please don't buy hosting from this company and if you really looking for c class IP hosting then seowebhosting far far better company..awesome support . I am using them from last 5 months and have no issue
