Outstanding balance for Facebook ads HELP PLEASE!

Hi Guys
I have a problem with an outstanding balance($25) for facebook ads that I can't seem to figure out how to pay
I used a coupon in march and it run out of credits in april ,but the ads continued and charged me $25 with a fail payment. I requested to close my account in april and since then it's pending closure.I didn't notice that I have an outstanding balance until recently. I 've added a new cc to pay the outstanding balance and contacted support but nothing, no email nothing for the past 8 months.
Anyone has any experience with this? Please help!

Basically you owe the money but its not the end of the world or a sever problem.
All Facebook will do initially is take away some of the features of your account until you pay the money.

Make some money and pay it. Pretty simple.

Yes I know but that's the problem I have a CC attached to my acc with money but I can't pay. There's no request for the payment to be done...
I contacted support but they didn't respond yet...

Why don't you contact facebook marketing team ( or whomever is concerned) and tell them your problem? I think that will be better than asking for help in BHW....

Was there an option to pay the outstanding before but has gone away because your account is pending closure?
Also, which form did you use to contact facebook? There are different ways to contact depending on what you are contacting them for.

As I said I contacted facebook but no response.
I used the form in help center something about outstanding balance help and send an email to ads team...
I did not see an option to pay the outstanding balance manually... maybe I missed it don't know for sure

Hey man you sure it hasnet been paid yet cause as soon as you attach CC or Paypal it automatically gets taken out?

just login to your ads account

1: click help
2: scroll down to where it says [h=1]General Billing & Budget Questions[/h]3: Then click on My question wasnt answered above
4: Then click on fill out this form took them 48 hours to reply back when i have billing issues

Yep I did something similar to that but no one responded yet....I'll try again now
As far for the payment no..the CC is attached since..4 days I think and nothing

Strange that, lol could always not bother paying it and just leave it if you dont really need it, or im assuming just dont want that hanging over your head, just keep trying man someone will reply.

you could force them to take the money by setting up a new add - it won't go thru until you pay the outstanding amount - then cancel the new add before you spend too much

wooow this is the first time I did not get an automated response. I got an email that someone will contact me about my inquiry. All the emails I've send to facebook just got an automated notification on how to set up ads.

It's not about the fact that I need the account or not it's about being honest and do the right thing

you could force them to take the money by setting up a new add - it won't go thru until you pay the outstanding amount - then cancel the new add before you spend too much

They didnt even allow me to setup a new campaign when you dont pay outstanding balance, not sure if they have changed this now, but yeah OP could try that.

I did exactly that today - I set up a new campaign and it sent me straight to a "pay what you owe" page. I'd lost my wallet and got a new cc number, I postpay my ads so I owed them about $50. As soon as I paid it they let my ad run.
