How do i specifically search for listings that cheap?

try the advanced search on fleabay, you can specify a price range or just get a friend to buy your fake auctions and leave feedback.

Only problem with finding existing cheap auction is that there is no 100% guarantee you'll get positive feedback

Who's going to leave negative feedback for a .01 purchase? If you leave the seller a positive feedback, damn near 100% of the time they'll do the same for you. Why do you think those auctions are even up? To aquire feedback!
