Marijuana seed bank..

I just wanted to get some advice on the new colorado cannabis possession law.

I was curious about this part of the bill.

"(b) POSSESSING, GROWING, PROCESSING, OR TRANSPORTING NO MORE THAN SIX MARIJUANA PLANTS, WITH THREE OR FEWER BEING MATURE, FLOWERING PLANTS, AND POSSESSION OF THE MARIJUANA PRODUCED BY THE PLANTS ON THE PREMISES WHERE THE PLANTS WERE GROWN, PROVIDED THAT THE GROWING TAKES PLACE IN AN ENCLOSED, LOCKED SPACE, IS NOT CONDUCTED OPENLY OR PUBLICLY, AND IS NOT MADE AVAILABLE FOR SALE. "

My question is how do they get their seeds for growing.....I know its easy. Can they order from over seas for good strains. What would be the risks if I were a middle man. I have a hydroponic gig going, just thought about the seed idea.....Good idea or bad. Thanks

There's nirvanashop.com but I'm not sure how legal that is lol. There could be a loophole that says people can sell the seeds but not the plant itself. You might as well check it out.



Did some quick research online. You sometimes can use the seeds from the stuff you buy. If you can squeeze the seed and it's not totally dried out and doesn't fall apart, it has a chance to grow.

Don't squeeze the seeds that will destroy them.

yes you can use bag seeds, you will have no idea what your growing but if you grow them right they will be just as quality as any decent strain.

Growers usually do one of two things to get started. They buy seeds from banks like nirvana or attitude or they take clones from another grower.

seeds rarely get taken by Feds. The packaging is usually top notch and flies under the radar. If they do get confiscated you might get a letter in the mail letting you know. Always a good idea to send them to a post office box or a mates house.

Not that I would know any of this of course. Ahem.

Im guessing your from the U.S where im pretty sure selling marijuana seeds is illegal... in Ireland where i live and in the U.K it's legal to sell them but not to grow them.. go figure.. probably the same laws in Holland as well if Nirvana, Sensi, A.M.S etc can sell their seeds so freely.. so if your planning on selling your seeds "legally" in the U.S i don't think that's an option for you.

I live in Washington state - I ordered seeds from bcseedking.com a couple of years ago. They were shipped discreetly (I won't describe how for obvious reasons) but I'll just say they were "disguised". Grew six HUGE island sweet skunks for my very first grow. Was pretty easy.

In hindsight I wished I'd have used a prepaid card instead of my debit card lol, but nothing ever came of it anyway.

This is the first one I've seen. Plus it is an honest question...and related to e-commerce in a way. And seeing as how 2 states have now legalized it (on the state level) then what's the deal? Would you say the same thing about somebody asking about alcohol distribution? It kills way more people, and destroys far more lives.

From a marketing stand point I don't think that would be a good idea. Naive people and people who don't know anything already see 'Black Hat' in the domain and probably think we're a bunch of hackers and thieves. Adding a 'stoner' section wouldn't be a very good idea. A ton of us know that blackhatworld is amazing and full of above average intelligence people. But new users may see the stoner section and get turned away.

But in the end, it's up to the owners of BHW.

I was not suggesting a stoner section. Just looking into the legal ideas on this. I have researched this and there are some ways around. I just sell hydroponic's..ect
.....the cannabis seed was just a thought that I had. If you like hot peppers I have some of the best seeds.
