Looking for Adwords pro for setting up a new campaign

I did a few adwords campaigns in the past, not the most succesfull ones, and now i'm in need for a much more serious one, ongoing and with appx 1K$/month. As i see it there's a major difference between a campaign setted up by a newbie (and i am a noob in PPC advertising, SEO is all i know) and a campaign setted up by a pro. So i'm looking for someone who can help me choose the positive/negative keywords, write good ad copies, setting up the bids and provide some guidance on how to optimize it daily. Does anyone know a good adwords pro that can help me with this in a reasonable price?

After doing PPC for the better part of 10 years, there is a HUGE difference in quality when it comes to experience. I'm not looking for more clients, but I'll be more than happy to help out if you have any questions.
