Windows 7 too far right

Man i'm pulling my hair offf arghhhhh

I just got for Xmas a brand new PC with Windows 7 the thing is,
I don't see the clock on the bottom taskbar (far right) along with the time/date etc...
Also, every application that i load, well you don't see them entirely. There's no scroll bar either.
I need to resize all the time and if i click on the little square (top right) so it adjust to full screen. I loose the square,the X etc...
They are like one inch too far right off the screen.

I'm using the recommended screen resolution and if i use any other, the images are blurry.
Finally, when i load windows it gets to the login password screen, you can see that it's not centered.
I played around the screen settings but it didn't work out

Sounds like you've hit F11, which makes windows full screen.

Throw it out the window...

If it's a desktop PC your monitor should have controls to resize the width and height.

I think it's because of setting in monitor. you can find some buttons for resizing, moving the screen at the monitor.

BINGO !!!

I just hit "AUTO" on the monitor and it did the job thanks guys.
I was about to apply this tip "Throw it out the window...

" but i thought that this would be a permenant move
