10 .gov and 7 .edu sites for backlink

This is not a sales thread or is anyway to related to it. I just want to ask something to BHW members. I have 10 .gov with average of 5pr and 7 .edu with average of 4pr websites under my control and backdoor installed to all of them.

SO, what i want to ask is, if i can create backlinks on those site??? If i create a backlink on all those site with same anchor text on all of them, how much PR on average is supposed to increase??

And, is this blackhat method or whitehat???

And is there anyway i can monetize those backlinks, sell backlinks to those sites??? Or, other way to monetize them!!

This depends on multiple factors.
How old are the domains, how many OBLs are on them?
What kind of links can you put on them? comment, contextual, footer?
Why do you want to put them all with the same anchor text?

The domains are probably 2,3 years old.
And i can put any kinds of LINKS on them, as i have shell uploaded on all of them.
And i want to put same anchor text because i guess, that way i can drive more traffic to my website, with that anchor text keyword.
