Private Proxies with Elite Proxy Switcher? Or Other Free Proxy Tools?

I'm trying to find a free tool to use a private proxy with, I don't see any options with elite proxy switcher to put in private proxies. I tried but they always come up bad. I know there are ones with browsers but I want a desktop one that will change my overall ip no matter what browser I use. Anyone know any free ones that work with private proxies, or how to get them to work with elite?

Try Fero's Stashbox. These guys used to have something. I gave up because I couldn't find decent PPS in DC and Atlanta where I need them.

Elite Proxy Switcher can't test the private proxy but it can set the proxy for your browsers (IE, Chrome and Firefox). When you surf with the private proxy, the browser will ask the username and password.

Now now, lets give him a chance. I mean what are the odds that a person with 9 posts, a donor status and a keyword focused website and username on proxies answers a proxy question that was posted over 7 months ago with anything but the cleanest of intentions.
