[Help] Arthemia theme is showing different meta description in google

I have Arthemia theme installed on my blog. I am using Yoast SEO plugin for onsite SEO. But google is fetching different meta description for one of my keywords (i.e. of the post which I am using as Headline spoiler). Earlier (when I was not using Arthemia) google was showing the meta description which I had in SEO by Yoast plugin.
Kindly guide me to override this issue as my website has dropped in SERP because of this issue.

I've never used that theme but there should be an SEO related settings page for that theme. Check it out. There might even be an option to disable it.

I have tried everything but problem remains same.
