My account got held for multiple transactions and they said that my account was permanently limited and for me to find a new merchant to use. Whats the best one without strict polices like paypal?

If you are looking to accept payments then I would suggest you to get a stealth account by using some of the tricks mentioned here. Use the search button to get to know about them.

But still if you are not satisfied with paypal and are just looking for alternatives, I would highly recommend to read this article since it has got some great alternatives mentioned and the reasons as well why you should NOT use Paypal.

Thanks, its just that the person who bought from me sent too many payments at once

Yeah sending too many payments or "big" sums eg over 200$ may cause a limitation to your paypal account. But there is an alternative route , go stealth but still you have to keep your account "safe" that means no "big" transactions etc or try other merchants eg Skrill , alertpay etc

payza AKA alertpay has been pretty good for me.
they seem very lenient compared to SHITpal.
i got 2 payouts from them so far and everything is fine.
2checkout also seems like a great company, i never used them, but i might open an account with them soon.
paypal is just the worst nowadays, i can talk for an hour about how shitty they are now.
they used to be alright, but now they are way too strict, bastards.
stay away from paypal at all costs.

well PayPal always used to treat me right except for now... and I'm looking for a new way to receive my money from eBay because I'm seling in really high volumes and I just make a Skrill acc but idk how I'm going to make these sales as I know pretty much everyone uses PayPal..
I have to know what is the second most used for eBay buyers.

If you do high volume sales on ebay then for that purpose a paypal account is a must as 90% of buyers prefer it over anything else

well i may try out 2checkout but PayPal keeps locking and limiting my account when something big comes in or too many transactions are happening at once and its just a bad experience lol

2CO is solid, as is Moneybookers. Payza/Alertpay is OK although it has acted oddly (what with not accepting US bank accounts and all). Two newcomers, WePay, and American Express's Serve, could be long term replacements for Paypal if they become more widely used.

2CO= 2checkout right? and how long is the verification process? thanks i will try it out!

Indeed, Try going stealth and make sure you educate yourself on how to effectively run them.

i have some questions

1. how long does it take money bookers and alert pay to transfer money into your bank account?
2. how strict are they on transactions over $1000.00
3 what do you need to do to verify a moneybookers and alert pay account?

Liberty Reserve, adds a little overhead but you're safe.
