I was told my report would be available before December 6th. I PM'd you a few days ago, but haven't heard back, and now it looks like others are having the same problem...

The backlinks has been done for sure, we had some major problems with the whole Report delivery system and many reports has been lost, the guys are working on redoing the whole reports for all the clients who never received it.As there are hundreds of reports lost it will take some time,but everybody will receive it in maximum 7 days.

We are really sorry for not noticing this problem faster!
