Premade Contact Form???

I'm looking for someone that may have a link to a premade contact form that can be copied and pasted. I have limited experience with HTML & CSS.. Apparently contact forms involve PHP. I found one website where a fellow was giving away a template, but when I download it I don't know how to do anything with it. Putting in my own email to have it sent to me, or even how to show it as a webpage. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The premade I'm trying to figure out can be found by googling "An accessible and validated PHP/jQuery contact form" .. first link on google.

Please help! I know nothing about php ;_;

Why don't you just create a free account at wufoo and build your own. You don't need any programming skills for that one.

I use it on my sites and it's pretty easy to figure out. No programming skills needed.

If you're using wordpress, I'd recommend GravityForms.

As mentioned above. Check out Wufoo. The free account allows up to 3 forms, and 100 contacts a month. If you're getting more than that, definitely get the paid version. Very easy to use as well.

Wufoo is easily the best way to get it an easy form without any knowledge (or various plugins if you are using Wordpress).

If you are using a raw html/php build I'd recommend http://formtoemail.com/formtoemail_free_version.php free script with samples of installation.

Id try wufoo or jotform, both are good and are easy to integrate
