So let's hit him where it hurts. The dude is using Paypal to receive payments for what is essentially a spam-tool. And the hotmail acct creator that he sells with it is definitely a spam-tool. Just go to his site http://traffic-treasure-system.com/ , get his Paypal address from the buy it now button, and report it to Paypal abuse. I have done so, and I guess if some more of you guys do it as well, we will bring him down very fast.

A hotmail account creator (or any account creator) is not a spam tool so any dispute with paypal will not have any effect... this pastebin tool is a spam tool; and any mass poster/commenter tool on any site is a spam tool ...
Spam is to use accounts to mass post or send pm's, emails, comments making accounts is not spam. And most of us on IM are spammers in a way or another... this is just to clarify things, many people on this community sell account creators, hotmail or other kind. Anyone can take your advice and try to "solve" his problems crying "spammers" spamming is a serious acusation

I don't think a solution is to ban his PayPal account.
I am not his friend, I even think he did tons of harm to me and my clients, but blocking his Paypal does not help him and it does not help the folks who can still get a refund from him (if his account gets money, so he can actually refund).
So the solution would be for him to give people their money back. Even if it takes longer (probably he is broke in his payPal, that's why he actually stole and released another product, to make money so he can refund) to get refunds, better wait and get a refund than block his account.
That's my 2 cents on this. Anyways, I said what I wanted to so good luck to all, really hope all of you will get their money back!

Vlad, I disagree. The guy has not paid back to anyone, and he has not handed out the replacement tool that he promised as compensation for his customers. The very fact that he is selling it without giving it to previous customers is a big F*K U to all of us. With 99% certainty, he will not pay anyone back. If he did he would have mailed his previous customers personally. The dude is incapable of telling the truth.

Just received a message from Paypal after 11 days of escalated claim and they're able to recover the fund and asked me to wait for another 5 days for the adjustment.

You know, I understand that losing your money due to a member that doesn't hold up his side is upsetting, but at the end of the day, do you REALLY want to say something like that? Think about it, he will 'get his' someday due to his actions but the anger you are carring is NOT hurting him at all - it only brings down your attitude and hurts you.
Sorry that you lost your investment - and hope you learn to deal with your anger soon.
