Important question:
1# User Search: OK, I have added 2 searches, and they have been successfully searched. Now I want to import them into the 2# Follow secion.
How can I do that? On the video tutorial it's stated, that the import is done automatically on every Monday?!

Open the follow tab and hit the refresh button (to the right, beneath the cron icon).

Done that already, that's would be to obvious
Something different is wrong.Further, I also can't see the actual PINs that I already have on my boards. I only see the several Boards that I have done before, manually.
P.S. Same thing with the found Pin's from the "Like Pin Search". I can't get them into the "Likes" section.
P.P.S. I'm running on a Windows Server 2008.

I can see that for example for the embeeded Chat System, they use Internet Explorer.
Could it be that either:
a) I need some .Net Frameworks?!
or
b) Internet Explorer is used for anything in the code? (Because on the Server I have strict rules for IE)

What is the proper support channel for this software? I didn't get a response to my email last week yet and I posted on the IRC chat as well with no response yet (to be fair, I just posted to IRC a few hours ago). I'm getting weird code appended to my pin titles... see: http://pinterest.com/tvaholics/random/

Good luck getting a response, took me forever to finally hear back from them. It's a shame, they had great support at the beginning, now it's virtually non-existent.
I'm sure they will have an excuse, but in the business world we don't want excuses, we want devs and providers to stand by their products, not disappear for weeks and months at a time leaving you high and dry.
This is one product I wish I was still in the money-back guarantee for, feel like I wasted a good chunk of change on this honestly

That's the risk if you buy "high price tag, one time payment" software that requires regular updates. "For a VERY Limited time as a thank you to our initial pre-release members we will be offering Pintensify for a ridiculously low $297!! (set to rise to $497 within the next two weeks once we hit our final release version!)"
$247 is expensive !!! I would go for monthly subscription at $297/12 = $25 per month.... but The developer "want the money fast"
Next time be careful when buying this kind of software.The Super Mod should look into this......

Couple questions for you, forgive me if they are covered already. I am using *****pinner atm and I love the follow/unfollow. It scrapes a ton of users via keywords or other peoples followers, etc. I have a huge masterlist of users who are most likely interested in my boards. However, it doesn't have very good multiple account support. I would have to run 10 copies of the program at once.... I'm looking for something a little more multi-account friendly.
1) Does your support follow/unfollow from a list of users? Does it support delay in between follows/unfollows? Does your unfollow support a day delay like *****pinner (i.e. unfollow people who haven't followed me after 2 days...)
2) Can I use a separate proxy for each account?
3) If I set this up with say 10 accounts, can I give them all my masterlist of followers and have it busily hum away following all those people? And unfollowing them after say 3 days?
If it does, this is sweet and you can probably count me in.

Well its been crazy, from a sickness in the family that caused me to move to rural Australia, only to be unfortunately followed by a death, then on the arrival home we now have a beautiful healthy little baby boy, so thats the circle of life working for you there.
We are back into full swing and expect updates back on track now, If we missed your support requests simply append to your current ticket or create a new one and it will be dealt with asap.

I had sent over an email on your actual site but have yet to receive a response. Does this work with the new look feature of pinterest? Looking at picking up a copy assuming that all is now working correctly? Noticed some not so happy comments in this thread. Program looks like it could be pretty cool.

Update 1.29 r67 Has just been pushed out
fixes include board stats now report correct boards, login issues with the new system now working and much more. The update is forced so simply launch and you will be prompted to update.
